We at Gandhi Nursing Home have performed complex surgeries like hand reimplantations. This was covered in all leading Newspapers. A team of doctors worked for over 9 hours to join each and every tendon, muscle, nerve ,artery and vein to make the hand functional. This marathon surgery is a test of patience and failure is not an option in such cases. A multi modality team approach is instrumental in achieving success in these cases which we are able to provide here in Gandhi Nursing Home. The functional outcome for the patient was good and he could use his hand for his daily activities.
